摘要：

Due to the very advance in cold atom experiments, many non-equilibrium physics can be manipulated in a controllable way. Inspired from string theory, AdS/CFT correspondence turns out to be a powerful tool for one to address such non-equilibrium processes. In this talk, I will demonstrate one very particular application of AdS/CFT to dissipative superfluid turbulence, where the two universal results are obtained. I will conclude my talk with some outlooks.
